Paul Napleton is Head of Digital & Marketing Automation at UEA. Responsible for digital marketing strategy, tools and platforms – as well as website optimisation and best practice. This includes maximising CRM opportunities for dynamic, personalised touchpoints – building a 360 view of audiences by unleashing the power of data. Paul is new to the HE sector, having recently moved at the start of the year. He has previously worked for several leading brands in financial services and services in digital, innovation and content marketing positions.
