Ria Gabriel O’Sullivan

Ria has worked in Higher Education and youth marketing for 15+ years – within universities, agencies, and as a marketing consultant. Prior to commencing An Outsider Consultancy, Ria was the Director of Marketing & Engagement at The Student Room, where her role was focused on raising the awareness and community engagement with a more diverse student population. As a consultant she works with HE organisations to ensure their marketing activities attract and build a genuine connection with their audiences. She is passionate about producing smart plans and campaigns that ensure the audience, and particularly Gen Z, have the correct information and support to choose the best path for them.
