Robert has spent a large proportion of his career in client-side marketing roles for brands including Orange, Sky and Virgin, and led the rebranding of T-Mobile and AirMiles. In 2005, he left the corporate world to focus on what he does best: creating and delivering innovative multichannel strategic marketing. As psLondon’s MD and Strategy Partner, he helps Higher Education and blue-chip clients to create new solutions by focusing on the future and working backwards. His future-thinking approach to marketing drives a positive outlook that is engaging, creative and delivers impact. He is a specialist in future visioning, marketing strategy, brand development and creative problem solving.
Robert takes a strategic leadership role across key client accounts and, with his team, takes on primary and secondary research projects and implements psLondon’s FutureThinking© and Golden Circle methodologies. These methodologies have been an integral part of many of psLondon’s Higher Education brand projects and campaigns, enabling the agency to deliver work that resonates with prospective students at each stage of the customer journey, in a landscape that is very difficult to achieve cut-through.
