Gerard has successfully launched two online market research companies and has been a co-founder of two other successful online businesses. With a core skill set in understanding consumer behaviour, Gerard has been building businesses which have a primary distribution channel through digital for over 15 years.  Gerard utilises this commercial acumen to understand client’s needs and to build products which deliver meaningful growth for clients.  As head of the product and client advisory team he is responsible for Global Reviews’ Client Engagement Programme and our renewal metrics.
