Penny is responsible for the Marketing, Student Recruitment, Brand Communications and Admissions teams. Penny gained a first class degree in Marketing from Lancaster University and later achieved an MBA with Distinction. Penny has spent the majority of her career in Higher Education marketing at several universities. Prior to her role at NTU she was the Marketing and Communications Director at the University of Gloucestershire, winning the THE Leadership & Management Award 2017 for Outstanding Marketing and Communications Team. A chartered marketer and Fellow of the CIM, Penny is a passionate advocate for social mobility.
